The Spirit of the Word: A Creative Writing Master ClassMaster ClassIn-Person
The movement art of qigong can bring a focused energy to the writing process. In this class, we will read and write poems while incorporating qigong and its communal principles. We’ll start with a centering and dynamic exercise; then, we’ll write, discuss our poetry, offer critique, and end with a deeper understanding of the writing process. Together, we will explore healing energetic flow and what this can bring to both the page and our hearts.
