Zines are small magazines, often handmade and pretty much always cool. They come in different shapes and sizes: we’ll look at several examples, including some made by students. Making zines is a hands-on activity, offering students of all ages a creative way to express themselves, to present research, and to convey ideas in any subject. We’ll discuss ways to use zine-making in any curriculum, and finish up by constructing our own zines.
